FULL TIME
We are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist / Team Leader to join our dynamic & friendly company. The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- an excellent telephone manner
- a clear, calm and pleasant English speaking voice
- good spelling and neat handwriting
- the ability to work as part of a team
- knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
- willingness and enthusiasm to learn new software applications
- highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
Yours Virtually is a rapidly expanding company, and opportunities for further promotion into departments such as Human Resources, Public Relations, Sales and Marketing will be available.
Full training will be given and the salary starts at £6 per hour, rising to £7 for Team Leaders.
PART TIME
We are currently recruiting for a part time Receptionist to join our dynamic & friendly company. The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- an excellent telephone manner
- a clear, calm and pleasant English speaking voice
- good spelling and neat handwriting
- the ability to work as part of a team and under their own initiative
- knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
- willingness and enthusiasm to learn new software applications
- highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
Weekend, Evening and Job Share opportunities are available, however we require a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week within the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday, and 10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday.
Full training will be given and the salary starts at £6 per hour, rising to £7 for Team Leaders.
