We have developed a charging structure for companies that require far more than a standard Reception Support service. The Yours Virtually team is able, with the correct training, to offer a completely tailor-made service to Clients in order that we can, in effect, run their business on their behalf.
The pricing is based on two elements: a Management Fee to cover the cost of the administration time required 'behind the scenes' and a Per Call Minute Fee to cover the time spent on the phones by our trained staff talking to your customers.
Monthly Management Fees are agreed with each client depending on the amount and complexity of the work required. However a basic guide with minimum starting prices is detailed below:
- Bronze: For companies where their requirements, once established, remain static. A designated Team Leader to liaise with and a monthly report. From £100 per month.
- Silver: For companies where their requirements vary with stock changes and updates etc. A designated Team Leader to liaise with and a monthly report, plus a weekly update with the Team Leader on the phone for up to an hour, and those updates with special offers etc. to be relayed to the team. From £250 per month.
- Gold: For companies who would like regular interaction with our staff on a face-to-face basis. The Silver service and to also include a Team Leader to attend their premises for their team meetings on a once a month basis. From £450 per month.
- Platinum: A totally bespoke package that may include a dedicated Team Leader working exclusively on their business. Price on Application.
- Call Minute Fee is £0.75p per call minute.
