In particular, if you are a Lexcel standard solicitor's practice then you will need a telephone disaster recovery plan in place in order to maintain your Standard.

Our charges are based on the following:

  • A monthly management fee to take care of continually updating your account with us
  • A fixed charge per telephone channel that you'd like us to keep in readiness for your use
  • A small charge for each person's contact details you would like retained on your account
  • Once the telephone disaster recovery is invoked then there will also be a charge per call handled on your behalf. All calls will be transferred to landlines and mobiles of your choice or a message is taken and sent by text and/or email.
